I grew up on a ranch in a teeny tiny town in Northern California, and credit my family's cows for being my first subjects. Every day after school I would head out to the field with my camera and let them work their angles. 

When it was time to leave for college I headed just a few hours south to Chico State University, and received a bachelors in Agriculture Business. I also met my husband there, and after graduation we moved back to his hometown. 

We live in 100+ year old a farmhouse in the middle of almond orchards with our daugher Amelia, two pups (Vanna + Dottie) and I still take a whole lot of cow photos.
